As part of our ongoing social impact campaign to inspire and develop future leaders Three (Extra)Ordinary Women has been integrated into a Transformational Leadership Master's course at the California Institute of Integral Studies beginning Fall 2025.
Taught by Dr. Kerubo Abuja, the course -Ways of Relating: Collaboration Skills and Group Dynamics- will explore themes of leadership, resilience, identity, and community empowerment through the deeply personal journeys of Pearlette, Tammy, and Terry. By engaging with their stories, students will experience the transformative power of personal narrative and storytelling--tools that open minds, touch hearts, and foster greater self-awareness. The course will encourage critical self-reflection, inviting students to examine their own leadership potential and relational dynamics in the context of real-world challenges and human experience.
We provide a wide range of educational programming that is designed to provide insights and perspectives you won't find anywhere else. Through academic engagement and reflective dialogue, the film helps equip emergent and experienced leaders with the insight and empathy needed to drive meaningful change within themselves, their communities, and beyond.
We are not waiting for change--
We are becoming it.
With every step, we rise, together.
We inspire, we uplift, and we transform--not just ourselves,
but the world around us.
Stay connected with us!
